Frequently Asked Questions
About Our Cleanses
What is a juice cleanse?
A juice cleanse is a short-term dietary program where you consume only cold-pressed juices and smoothies for a set period (1, 3, 5, or 7 days). It's designed to give your digestive system a rest while flooding your body with nutrients, supporting natural detoxification, and helping reset unhealthy eating patterns.
How do I choose the right cleanse length?
- 1-Day Cleanse: Perfect for beginners or a quick mid-week reset
- 3-Day Cleanse: Our most popular option, ideal for weight loss and reducing bloating
- 5-Day Cleanse: For a complete reset and establishing healthier habits
- 7-Day Cleanse: Our most comprehensive program for serious transformation
Will I lose weight on a cleanse?
Many customers experience weight loss during their cleanse, typically 3-8 lbs depending on the cleanse length and individual factors. However, results vary. The cleanse is designed to support healthy weight loss, reduce bloating, and help you establish healthier eating habits for lasting results.
Can I exercise during my cleanse?
We recommend light exercise like walking, gentle yoga, or stretching during your cleanse. Avoid heavy workouts or intense training as your body is in detox mode and needs energy for cleansing. Save the intense workouts for after your cleanse when you'll have renewed energy!

Will I feel hungry?
Some hunger or cravings are normal, especially in the first 1-2 days as your body adjusts. The smoothies in each cleanse help keep you satisfied. Drinking plenty of water also helps. By day 3, most people find their cravings decrease significantly.
What if I get a headache?
Headaches can occur, especially if you're reducing caffeine intake. This is a normal detox symptom. Stay hydrated, rest when needed, and the symptoms typically pass within 1-2 days. Proper pre-cleanse preparation (gradually reducing caffeine) can help minimize this.
Can I drink coffee or tea?
We recommend avoiding caffeine during your cleanse. However, if you're a heavy caffeine user, you can have herbal tea (caffeine-free) or one small cup of green tea to ease withdrawal symptoms. Avoid coffee, black tea, and energy drinks.
What can I drink besides the juices?
Water is essential! Drink at least 8 glasses throughout the day. You can also have herbal teas (caffeine-free), coconut water, or lemon water. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, soda, and other beverages.
What if I'm still hungry after drinking all my juices?
If you're genuinely hungry (not just experiencing cravings), you can have raw vegetables like cucumber, celery, or carrots, or a small handful of raw almonds. Listen to your body - cleansing should be challenging but not unbearable.
Health & Safety
Is cleansing safe?
For most healthy adults, short-term juice cleansing (1-7 days) is safe. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any cleanse, especially if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medications, or have a history of eating disorders.
Who should NOT do a cleanse?
Cleanses are not recommended for:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Children and teenagers
- People with diabetes or blood sugar issues
- Those with kidney disease
- People with eating disorders or a history of disordered eating
- Anyone with serious medical conditions (consult your doctor first)
Are your juices pasteurized?
No, our juices are raw and unpasteurized to preserve maximum nutrients and enzymes. This is why they must be kept refrigerated and consumed within the recommended timeframe. Warning: Unpasteurized juices may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.
Are your products organic?
Yes! We use only organic, non-GMO fruits and vegetables. No preservatives, no concentrates, no fillers - just pure, organic nutrition.
After Your Cleanse
How do I maintain my results?
The key is slowly reintroducing whole foods and avoiding the temptation to jump back into old eating habits. Continue eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Keep your water intake high. Avoid processed foods, excess sugar, and heavy meals for at least a few days after your cleanse. Check out our Post-Cleanse Guide for detailed instructions.
Can I do cleanses regularly?
Many customers do seasonal cleanses (4 times per year) or monthly 1-3 day cleanses as part of their wellness routine. Listen to your body and consult with your healthcare provider about what's right for you.
